Keep your lot accessible and up to code. We lay out and stripe ADA-compliant stalls, access aisles, van-accessible spaces, and paint crisp handicap symbols — helping you avoid complaints and penalties.
Accessible parking isn’t just good practice — it’s the law. The Americans with Disabilities Act sets specific requirements for the number, size, and marking of accessible stalls. Worn paint, missing access aisles, or undersized stalls can expose property owners to complaints and costly penalties.
We make compliance simple. Our crew lays out the right number of accessible and van-accessible spaces for your lot size, stripes them to current dimensions, paints the international symbol of accessibility, and can coordinate the required signage.

ADA requirements depend on your lot’s size, configuration, and local code. We follow current ADA striping standards, but for formal compliance determinations you may also wish to consult your local jurisdiction or an accessibility specialist. We’re happy to coordinate.
The required number of accessible stalls scales with the total number of spaces in the lot — for example, a lot of 1–25 spaces generally needs at least one accessible stall, and the count rises from there. At least one in every six accessible spaces must be van-accessible. We’ll assess your lot and lay out the correct number and type.
Van-accessible stalls have a wider access aisle (typically 8 feet) so a side-loading wheelchair lift can deploy, and they’re marked with additional “Van Accessible” signage. We stripe the stall and access aisle to the correct dimensions and paint the required symbols.
Yes. Faded or incorrect ADA markings can lead to complaints, failed inspections, and potential penalties under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Keeping your accessible stalls, aisles, and symbols clearly marked and correctly sized protects both your visitors and your property.
