Parking Lot Striping

Parking Lot Striping & Re-Striping in Maryland

Crisp, uniform lines and smart layouts that maximize stalls, improve traffic flow, and make your property look maintained — for retail centers, offices, warehouses, and more.

Overview

Lines that work as hard as your lot does

A well-striped parking lot does more than look good — it directs traffic, prevents fender-benders, fits more cars, and tells customers your business is well run. Faded, crooked, or confusing lines do the opposite.

We provide both re-striping of existing layouts and complete new layouts for repaved or reconfigured lots. Whether you manage a single storefront or a multi-tenant shopping center, we deliver straight, consistent lines using durable traffic-grade paint, applied by a crew that does this every day.

Questions

Parking lot striping FAQs

If your current layout works and lines are simply faded, a re-stripe over the existing pattern is fastest and most affordable. If you want more stalls, better flow, added accessible spaces, or you’re correcting a poorly designed lot, a new layout is worth it. We’ll measure your lot and tell you honestly which makes sense.

Rarely. We typically stripe in sections so most of your lot stays usable, and we schedule around your busiest hours. For tight or fully active properties, we recommend evening or weekend work so there’s no impact on customers.

With quality traffic paint on a sound surface, expect roughly 18–36 months before re-striping, depending on traffic volume, snowplowing, and weather. Newly sealcoated lots hold lines especially well.
